P SUBASH NJS,J C.C No.2090 of 2021 2 The Court made the following Order: The present contempt case is filed alleging violation of the orders dated 19.01.2021 passed in W.P No.1298 of 2021. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner made submission inter alia that despite the order of this Court directing the respondents/official not to evict the petitioner from an extent of Ac.0.02 cents situate in Ramudukunta Jangareddigudem, West Godavari District, the respondent demolished the petitioner’s house with the help of labour. He also states that the petitioner lodged a complaint with Jangareddygudem Police Station vide F.I.R No.738 of 2021 on 12.10.2021. He submits that, as the respondent violated the orders of this Court referred to above, appropriate orders under the provisions of Contempt of Courts Act may be passed. 3. The learned counsel for the respondent made submissions with reference to the averments made in the reply-affidavit and the material filed along with the same and also drawn the attention of this Court to the copy of the F.I.R referred to above, a reading of which goes to show that some 3rd parties appears to have demolished the house in which the petitioner is stated to be living. In such a situation, the allegation that the respondent demolished the writ petitioner’s subject matter property cannot be accepted. 4. As the petitioner failed to make out a case for imposition of punishment, this Contempt Case is dismissed. No costs.
