It is brought to the knowledge of this Court that in compliance with the order of this Court dated 27.08.2019 in Crl.O.P.No.23033 of 2019, more particularly, paragraph No.6(c), which was subsequently clarified vide order dated 11.07.2025 made in Crl.M.P.No.12723 of 2025, the petitioner has surrendered his passport before the Trial Court, however inadvertently it is recorded that the petitioner has surrendered his passport before the respondent, which requires to be modified. 3. On a perusal of the order dated 11.07.2025, it is seen that inadvertently it is recorded as if the petitioner has surrendered his passport before the respondent and the same has to be modified. Accordingly, paragraph No.4 of the order dated 11.07.2025 made in Crl.M.P.No.12723 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.23033 of 2019 is modified as under:- “ 4. In view of the same, the condition imposed in Paragraph No.6(c) of the order dated 27.08.2019 passed in Crl.O.P.No.23033 of 2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall surrender his passport instead of the Airport Entry Pass.
