Civil First Appeal No.152/2015 has been filed by plaintiffs. 2. Counsel for applicants states that since the first appeal has been admitted for hearing today itself and liberty has been granted to the respondent No.2 to file fresh cross-objections, in First Appeal No.152/2015, hence in that view, application has rendered infructuous and may be allowed to be withdrawn. 3.
