1. This Criminal Revision Case has been filed by the petitioners/accused under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, ‘the Cr.P.C.’) against the Order dated 30.11.2018 passed in Crl.M.P.No.540 of 2017 in C.C.No.659 of 2016 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Special Mobile Court at Nellore (for short, ‘the trial Court’). 2. As seen from the record, the Crl.M.P.No.540 of 2017 has been filed by the petitioners/accused under Section 239 of Cr.P.C. seeking to discharge the petitioners/accused from the case. By impugned order dated 30.11.2018, the learned trial Court dismissed the petition by recording certain reasons.
Against the said order, the petitioners/accused preferred the present revision. 4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the main C.C.No.659 of 2016 was disposed on 12.11.2022. In support of this, a copy from the

Recording the said submission of learned Assistant Public Prosecutor and in view of the disposal of the C.C.No.659 of 2016 on 12.11.2022 as it was settled before the Lok Adalat, this Court finds the cause does not survive for adjudication and the matter would become infructuous. 6. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated and the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. ____________________________ JUSTICE T. MALLIKARJUNA RAO
