Heard Mr. Mateen Siddiqui, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Pankaj Agrawal, learned counsel for respective respondents. 2. The petitioner has filed this petition praying for following relief:- “10.1 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash/set- aside the impugned letter dated 31/07/2025 sent to the Station House Officer, Tikrapara, District Raipur by the Zone Commissioner, Zone no. 10, Municipal Corporation, District Raipur. [Annexure P/1] 10.2 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash/set- aside the impugned order dated 05/08/2025 issued by Collector, District Raipur whereby constituted an eight member inquiry committee against the petitioner. [Annexure P/2] 10.3 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent State to grant any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in favourof the petitioner as per the facts & circumstance of the present case, in the ends of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh with appropriate prayer and pleadings. 4. In view of the same, as prayed by learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file afresh, if any further cause of action arises.
