By the present Application filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (“BNSS” for short), the Applicant is before this Court seeking regular bail in connection with Crime No. 62 of 2025 registered with Vijapur Naka Police Station, Solapur for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 406 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code Act, 1860 (“IPC” for short). 3. After having heard Ms. Prachiti Deshpande, learned Advocate for the Applicant for sometime and upon this Court having Gitalaxmi 25-BA-2495-2025.doc expressed its view of not being inclined to entertain the present Application, Ms. Prachiti Deshpande, learned Advocate, sought a pass over. 4. After sometime, the matter was taken up. Ms. Prachiti Deshpande, learned Advocate on instructions from the Applicant, craves leave to withdraw the present Application by seeking liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the learned Trial Court, in the event of change in circumstance. Leave as prayed for is granted. If such Application is filed by the Applicant, then the same shall be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. 5.
