Case No. 162 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 357 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and cognizance has been taken under Section 108, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Koderma. 3. Petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased Taranum Khatoon who died due to asphyxia because of hanging in her matrimonial home. 4. It was submitted that this case was registered under Section 103(1) of the B.N.S., but later on, charge sheet has been submitted under Section 108 of the B.N.S. It was further submitted that some of the independent witnesses in the case diary, have stated that the deceased had committed suicide because she suspected that the petitioner was having illicit relationship somewhere else. It was finally submitted that mother-in-law and father-in-law of the deceased have been granted bail by this Court earlier vide B.A. No. 7010 of 2025. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Koderma in connection with Jainagar P.S.
