By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction towards the respondents to declare the result of review Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) held on 20.12.2021for the post of Executive Engineer. 2. Learned counsel for the State by filing a reply submits that on 20.12.2021, there was no meeting of DPC was held and as no DPC has been held on 20.12.2021, hence the relief sought by the petitioner cannot be granted. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the fact that no review DPC held on 20.12.2021 has been informed by the State after filing of the writ petition, hence the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file a duly constituted writ petition. 4.
