The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Godda (Town) P.S. Case No. 29 of 2025, corresponding to Special (POCSO) Case No.33 of 2025, for the offence under Section 96 of B.N.S, 2023 and Section 12 of the POCSO Act and cognizance of the offence taken under Sections 96, 65(1) & 64(2)(m) of B.N.S, 2023 and Section 6 of the POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-I, Godda. On 18.01.2025, 13 years old daughter of the informant went missing. Statement of the victim was recorded under Section 183 of the B.N.S.S., in which, it was stated that the parents were going to marry her, due to which, she left her home on her own accord and went to the house of her married sister. In view of the aforesaid fact, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-I, Godda, in connection with Godda (Town) P.S.
