The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents would pay the eligible amount to the petitioner with interest @ 6% p.a. 3. The respondents may examine the Service Register of the 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.11019 of 2025 petitioner and examine the eligible amount payable to him and pay the same with 6% interest p.a. from the date of retirement till the date of actual disbursement. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
