2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 212 of 2023 arising out of Bhandra P.S. Case No. 43 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 568 of 2023, for the offences registered under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the I.P.C., 1860, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Lohardaga.
3. Bail Application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court by this Court vide B.A. No. 3018 of 2024 by order dated 07.05.2024.
4. On 11.07.2023, dead body of an unknown girl was found floating in the well of Budhu Minz. It appears that the confessional statement of the petitioner led to recovery of Pan Card, Aadhar Card and Admit Card of the deceased.
5. It was submitted that co-accused from whose possession Aadhar Card was recovered, has been granted bail. It was further submitted that two other co-accused persons have been granted bail.
6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected.
7. Learned Trial Court shall expedite the trial.
