DATE : 31.08.2026 This is an application for restoration of Writ Petition No.4877/2023, which came to be dismissed in default on 13.11.2024. 2. Mr. Sambre, learned counsel appearing for the contesting respondent i.e. respondent No.1, opposes the prayer for restoration. He submits that enough chances were granted to the petitioner, which he has not availed of. However, in the interest that the substantial rights should not be defeated, the writ petition is restored back to file, however, subject to payment of costs of Rs.10,000/- to the Prity 2 / 2 8.mca52.2025 ‘High Court Bar Association’, Civil Lines, Nagpur, within a period of two weeks from today. 3. Payment of costs would be a condition precedent for restoration. Upon payment of the costs, place the matter before the Court for admission. 4.
