This is the third journey of the Petitioner to this Court ventilating his grievance regarding inaction of the Cuttack Municipal Corporation in completing the C.C Road and Park as per Tender File No.782 of 2025 and 783 of 2025 within a stipulated period in the interest of justice. 3. Taking note of limited nature of grievance, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Petitioner to pursue the representation which is stated to have been received by the Cuttack Municipal Corporation on 17.09.2025 as seen from p. 2 the endorsement on the body of the representation at Annexure-7. Such representation shall be disposed of within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
