This batch of writ petitions being similar and identical and seeking the same relief are being disposed of by this common judgment and order. 2. In brief, the writ petitioners in all these writ petitions have challenged electricity bills raised in the month of January 2025 on respective dates wherein a tariff difference amount has also been added though made payable in instalments. No. 339 of 2024 before this Court, wherein the jurisdiction of the Meghalaya State Electricity Regulatory Commission (MSERC) to recall its tariff order dated 05-06-2024 and 06-06-2024, for the financial year 2024-2025 has been assailed. 4. However, with WP(C). No. 339 of 2024 having since been disposed of by this Court, wherein the jurisdiction of the Commission to recall its orders has been upheld and found to be within its powers as provided by the Regulations, nothing survives for consideration in these writ petitions and therefore without further discussion all stand dismissed. 5.
