(ORAL) The prayer in the petition under Section 482 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.22 dated 29.11.2024 registered under Sections 13(1)(d) read with Section 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act and Section 120-B IPC registered at P.S. Anti Corruption Burearu, Hisar. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 01.05.2025 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation. The learned State Counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner has joined investigation in terms of orders dated 01.05.2025 and is not required for custodial interrogation.
