The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 316/2020, registered under sections 406/420 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramgarh. 3. Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has taken a loan of Rs.1,65,000/- due to urgency from the informant. He also submits that false allegation is made against the petitioner of taking that amount on the pretext of providing job to the informant's children. He next submits that the agreement is also part of the FIR. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that the allegation is there against the petitioner of taking a sum of Rs. 1,65,000/- on the pretext of providing job to the informant's children. 5. Considering that the said agreement is part of the FIR itself and the court finds that in the agreement, it has been stated that Rs. 1,65,000/- has been taken due to some urgency and in Para 3, it has 2025:JHHC:38438 2 further been disclosed that within 5 months, the said amount will be returned. Otherwise, legal action can be taken against the petitioner. In view of the agreement, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to surrender before the learned Court within four weeks from the date of receipt of the order and on the event of his surrender / arrest, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount of each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramgarh, in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 316/2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 7.
