JUSTICE SAMEER JAIN Order 22/04/2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed for extension of time in deposition of pre-deposit amount under the provision of Section 138 of NI Act, on account of financial distress. In view of the above, present petition is disposed of with the direction that differential amount to fulfill obligation of 20 per cent be deposited within a period of fifteen days. In view of the above, order dated 21.01.2025 is modified in above terms. In the meantime, no coercive/arrest action be made qua the petitioner till fortnight for compliance of the order impugned.
