Criminal Miscellaneous Petition No.3410/2023 which has been dismissed by the Registrar (Judicial) vide order dated 08.08.2024 in compliance of the peremptory order passed by this Court on 02.07.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant wants to contest the petition on merits and therefore, one opportunity be given and the petition be restored to its original number. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous Petition No. 3410/2023 is restored to its original number. Office to proceed.
