From the contents of the application, it appears that the petitioners wants rehearing of the case which stands already decided on merits way back on 16.12.2019. The recalling application has been filed after withdrawing the appeal preferred challenging the order dated 16.12.2019 before the Division Bench. 2. The contents of the miscellaneous application do not reflect any error apparent on the face of the record in the order dated 16.12.2019, the application which virtually seeks recalling/review of the order is misconceived and accordingly dismissed. 3.
