The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent would pay the eligible amount to the petitioner with interest @ 6% p.a. 3. The respondent may examine the Service Register of the petitioner and examine the eligible amount payable to him and pay the same with 6% interest p.a. from the date of retirement till the date of actual disbursement.
