This Court, vide order dated 19.02.2025, passed in MCRC No. 830 of 2025, while allowing the bail to the petitioner, namely, Ramakant Baghel, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned District and Additional Sessions Judge, Sarangarh, District – Sarangarh-Bilaigarh Sessions Dvision-Raigarh (C.G.) vide his KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 request letter dated 11.08.2025 has requested for grant of 45 days for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from the perusal of the PUD that in the present case, due to the sudden and severe deterioration in the health condition of the present Presiding Officer, she has been on leave from 06.08.2025 to 25.08.2025. Consequently, the trial could not be concluded within the stipulated time. Therefore, it is humbly prayed that a short extension of 45 days may kindly be granted for the completion of the trial. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
