The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ormanjhi P.S. Case No. 50 of 2024, for the offence under Sections 386 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act, thereafter charge framed under Sections 386/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 5497/2025, by order dated 18.07.2025 with the liberty to renew his prayer for bail after four months. On 14.04.2024, Ormanjhi Police apprehended co-accused Allauddin Ansari and on search, a loaded country made pistol and two live cartridges were recovered from his possession. Allauddin Ansari has spelt out the name of the petitioner that he was a member of Aman Sahu gang. It was submitted that petitioner is in custody since 16.10.2024. It was further submitted that petitioner was neither apprehended at the spot nor anything was recovered from his possession. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi, in connection with Ormanjhi P.S.
