1. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition claiming the following reliefs:
“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records in relation to the case of the ALOK SHARMA Digitally signed by ALOK SHARMA Date: 2025.08.26 18:05:01 +0530
2 petitioner from the possession of respondents for its kind perusal; 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly quash and set aside the impugned transfer order dated 11.08.2025 (Annexure-P/1) so far as it relates to the petitioner; 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly issue a Writ of Mandamus or any appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue in his present posting as supervisor male at CHC, Kharoud; 10.4 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief/relief's in favour of the petitioner, which the Hon'ble Court deems fit & just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including awarding of the costs to the petitioner.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner would restricted his submissions to the extent that the present petition may be disposed of directing the petitioner to make his representation to the authorities concerned against the order dated 11.08.2025 and the authorities concerned may be directed to take the decision in accordance with law.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent/State has no objection if such a direction is being made to the authorities concerned to decide the representation of the petitioner in the eventuality it is made by the petitioner.

Considering the limited submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make his representation before the Respondent No. 2 within two weeks from today along with the copy of this order and in such eventuality, the Respondent No. 2 is directed to decide the
3 representation of the petitioner keeping in view the order dated 22.07.2025 passed in WPPIL No. 48/2024, and in also in view of the administrative exigency and public interest as per the applicable rules and circulars holding the field.
