ORAL ORDER
1. The case of the petitioner is that his father purchased the writ petition schedule property and it is his self acquired property. That his father executed a Will in his favour, by which he bequeathed the writ petition property in favour of the petitioner. That his father died on 18.08.2020 and thereafter the petitioner made a representation to respondent - BBMP to mutate the khata of the property to his name. However, the BBMP has demanded submission of registered documents to show that the petitioner has become the owner of the property. It is contended that the petitioner and his late father are

Hindus and a Hindu Will is not required to be registered and hence, respondents are required to take into
consideration the Will and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the respondents upon instructions submits that they will consider the request of the petitioner in accordance with law. However, he submits that all the documents have not been produced by the petitioner and if the petitioner were to make a fresh application along with all necessary particulars, necessary enquiry will be done and appropriate orders will be passed. Hence, the following:-
ORDER i. Petitioner is given liberty to make a fresh representation to respondent no.2 with all the necessary particulars.

ii. Upon receipt of the same, respondent No.2 shall pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of three months thereafter. iii. The writ petition is disposed of.
