It has been stated by both the sides that matter has been amicably settled between the parties. Joint submission has been made before us that both the sides sat before Mediator and sorted out the matter on 09.09.2025 and it has been agreed in the mediation that Insurance Company shall pay lump sum amount of Rs. 15,00,000/- (Fifteen lacs only) towards full and final settlement including interest also, to the claimants/respondents. Learned counsel for the Insurance Company submits that the above-said amount shall be deposited within 30 days in the account of concerned Tribunal.
