Case No. 393/2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 643/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 304B, 34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of Sri Nirbhay Prakash, Learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad. 3. Petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased Laxmi Kumari who died due to asphyxia because of hanging in her matrimonial home within seven years of her marriage. 4. It was submitted that after investigation, police had submitted charge- sheet under Section 306 of the I.P.C. It was further submitted that the petitioner is an old man and there is no specific allegation against the accused persons. 5. Mr. Rakesh Kumar Sinha, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the Court had taken cognizance in this case under Section 304B of the I.P.C. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Nirbhay Prakash, Learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad in connection with Nirsa P.S.
