ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“….to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 4th and 5th respondents in interfering with civil disputes and calling the petitioner to the police station for settlement of the disputes in between the petitioner and the 6th respondent in pursuance of the legal notice dt.26-2-2019 without having jurisdiction is illegal, arbitrary and violative of principals of natural justice.”
2. Sri T.Kuladeep, learned counsel representing Sri G.V.S.Mehar Kumar, learned counsel for the writ petitioner present. Sri G.L.Nageswara Rao, learned counsel for the respondents No.4 and 5 present. 3. Learned Additional Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that the matter is civil in nature. Hence, police will not interfere in the matter, as it is civil in nature. 4. The submissions of the learned Additional Government Pleader for Home are placed on record. 4
5. The allegation in the writ petition is that police interfering in civil dispute.
In the light of submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader for Home that the matter is civil in nature and police will not interfere in the matter, it does not require any further orders, and the writ petition is liable to be closed. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed at the stage of admission without going into merits of the case. There shall be no order as to costs.
