1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging advertisement dated 08.08.2025 issued by respondent No. 5 for appointment on the post of Lecturer (English) at Swami Atmanand Government English Medium School, Bilaigarh, District- Sarangarh- Bilaigarh (C.G.) and also to allow her to continue on the post of Lecturer (English).

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner was appointed on the post of Lecturer (English) on contractual basis and posted at Swami Atmanand Utkrisht Vidyalaya, English Medium, Bilaigarh. On 27.08.2024, a show cause notice was issued to the ARUN KUMAR DEWANGAN Digitally signed by ARUN KUMAR DEWANGAN Date: 2025.09.22 19:10:12 +0530
2 petitioner by respondent No. 5 and vide order dated 03.09.2024, his services have been terminated. He would further submit that the petitioner has challenged his termination order dated 03.09.2024 by filing petition before this Court bearing WPS No. 1326/2025 and this Court vide order dated 20.02.2025 has quashed the order dated 03.09.2024 and directed the respondent to reinstate the petitioner still he has not been reinstated. Hence, this petition has been preferred by the petitioner with a prayer that he may be allowed to continue to work on the post of Lecturer (English).

On the other hand, learned State counsel opposing the submission made by the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already preferred contempt petition before this Court bearing CONT No. 512/2025 for compliance of the order passed by this Court which is still pending, therefore, the instant petition is not maintainable at this stage and would pray for dismissal of the writ petition.
4. Considering the fact that the petitioner has already exhausted the remedy of filing petition for compliance of the order passed by this Court i.e. CONT No. 512/2025 which is pending before this Court, therefore, this petition at this juncture in not maintainable.
5. In view of the above, the instant writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
