D.NO. 9-20/1, ADAVINEKKALAM VILLAGE, AGIRIPALLI MANDAL, KRISHNA DISTRICT-A.P ...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue any appropriate writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of MANDAMUS to declare that the action of the 04th respondent in not completing the digital signature of the online adangal on the strength of the registered sale deed No. 1711/2020, dt. 16.03.2020 which is already registered by him prescribed by the petitioner to the 03rd respondent vide his representation dt. 27.07.2024 in respect of the agriculture land in Sy.No. 351to an extent of 0.54 cents, Sy.No. 352 to an extent 1.02 cents which is get situated at adavinekkalam village, Agiripalli Mandalam, Eluru District- A.P. as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar passbooks Act and which is already registered by paying the prescribed stamp duty and pass such IA NO: 1 OF 2024 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the 04th respondent to grant e- passbook and insert the name of the petitioner in the web land portal upon the Revenue Survey No. 351, to an extent of 0.54 cents, and 352 to an extent of 1.02 cents on the strength of the 03rd respondent orders in R.O.R Appeal No.17/2021 vide Dt. 08.09.2023 and pass such Counsel for the Petitioner: 1.
