Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chatra Sadar P.S. Case No. 236 of 2025 for the offences registered under Section 75 (2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 12 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Chatra.

The petitioner is alleged to have handed over a letter stating therein that he has loved her.

It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 20.08.2025.

Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Chatra, in connection with Chatra Sadar P.S. Case No. 236 of 2025.
