The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following prayers:- “It is therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to Quash and set aside the impugned order dated 04.08.2018 passed by 7th Additional Sessions Judge, Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, in Criminal Revision No. 60/2016. “It is therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to pass any further order(s) as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice.” 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has become infructuous. 5.
