Learned counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that, despite the direction of this Court dated 10.12.2021, to complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible and file the final report, the respondents has not been complied with the said order till date. 4. Sri V. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home seeks time to get instructions in this matter. 4 5. In that view, the writ petition is disposed of. However, police are directed to conclude the investigation and file a report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if not done by this date. There shall be no order as to costs.
