THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE BATTU DEVANAND CONTEMPT CASE No.1295 of 2022 ORDER: This Contempt Case is filed against the respondents complaining wilful disobedience of the order, dated 08.12.2021 in W.P.No.26041 of 2021. 2. During the course of hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submit that the order of this Court is complied with and the payments are made to the petitioner as directed by this Court. He also placed a copy of proof of payment, dated 13.11.2025, to that effect and the same is taken on record. 3. Submission is placed on record. 4. In view of the above factual position, in our considered view, no further adjudication is required in the Contempt Case. 5. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
