In this regard an application has been filed by the petitioner on 07.01.2025 seeking an mandamus that the said application be decided by the respondents. 4. Under the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.4, the Executive Officer to decide the application of the petitioner dated 07.01.2025 by passing a reasoned and speaking order thereon, expeditiously preferably within a period of three weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
