The present contempt case has been filed for initiating contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for their wilful and deliberate disobedience of the order dated 12.01.2024 passed in Cont. Case (Civil) No. 666 of 2022. 2. Mr. Piyush Chitresh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party-JSMDC, refers to paragraph nos. 8, 9 & 10 of the supplementary show cause dated 14.11.2025, which read as under: 2025:JHHC:34719 2 “8. That it is stated and submitted that out of 05 petitioners only 04 petitioners namely Late Karan Chandra Murmu, Niranjan Kumar Mahto, Samar Vijay Bhagat and Biri Oraon hold the minimum qualification as per the Personnel and Administration Department letter. The educational certificate submitted by these petitioners has been sent to the concerned institution/organisation. 9. That it is stated and submitted that certificate verification report of all four petitioners has been received. 10. That it is stated and submitted that office order Memo No. 1256 dated 16.09.2025, 895 dated 24.07.2025 and 722 dated 24.06.2025 has been issued in favour of the petitioners.” 3. It is further submitted that so far as the petitioner no. 3- Masiya Uraon is concerned, he is not fit for regularisation as Class-IV employee as he does not have the requisite qualification for the said post. 4. Considering the said submission, there is no need to further proceed in the matter. The contempt proceeding as against the opposite parties is hereby dropped. 5. The present contempt case stands disposed of. 6. The petitioner no. 3-Masiya Uraon is, however, at liberty to take appropriate recourse as available under law against the decision of the Jharkhand State Mineral Development Corporation Limited, Ranchi not to regularise his service.
