Das Ms. Poulami Dutta ...... for the petitioners 1. I have considered the averments in the impugned charge sheet. It is alleged therein that the petitioners had illegally entered into India in 2016. At that time they possessed Bangladeshi Passport. Subsequently on the strength of false documents they have procured Indian passport in 2023. 2. In light of the aforesaid averments ingredients of the alleged offences of forgery and cheating as well as section 14 of the Foreigners Act are disclosed. 3. Hence, I do not find any merit in the quashing petition and the same is dismissed (Joymalya Bagchi, J.)
