For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Delay in filing the Review Petition is condoned. 3. This is a review petition preferred by the petitioner seeking recall/review of order dated 05.01.2018 passed by this Court. 4. The review petition suffers from gross delay and laches, as the same is barred by 2271 days without there being any cogent reasonable cause. 5. Sole argument of learned counsel for the review petitioner is that the learned counsel for respondent was not given (2 of 2) [WRW-117/2024] Vakalatnama, however, I find that learned counsel for respondent No.4 in the writ petition argued the case vehemently and also cited judgments to support his case, which was noted. 6. In view of above, it cannot be said that he was not engaged by the review petitioner. 7. Accordingly, the review petition is dismissed being time barred and also on merits.
