This petition has been filed to expedite the Execution Case No. 3 of 2024 for executing the decree dated 17.02.2024 passed in Original Suit No. 178 of 2014 for specific performance of an agreement to sell. 3. It is admitted position that the defendant has filed an appeal against the decree dated 17.02.2024. 4. Since regular appeal against the decree dated 17.02.2024, is pending, no direction for expediting the execution case can be issued in this petition. 5.
