The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 28.03.2025 registered as Case Crime No.051 of 2025 under Section 333, 115(2), 352, 74 BNS, Police Station Ranipur, District Mau. 3. Learned A.G.A. submits that in the present matter chargesheet has already been submitted to the competent court against the first petitioner and as the second petitioner is minor, separately the chargesheet has been prepared against him and the same has been transmitted to the Juvenile Justice Board and as such the cause for filing the writ petition no more survives. 4. Confronted with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present writ petition be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to avail the remedy as available in law. 5.
