ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the Respondents No.1 and 2 in interfering with the civil disputes pending between the Respondent No.5 and Respondent No.6 in respect of the Suit Schedule Property in O.S.No.6/2023 on the file of the III Additional District Judge, Kurnool at Nandyal and thereby forcing the Petitioners to vacate from their respective portions of the building without following due process of law as arbitrary, illegal and violation of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents No.1 and 2 not to interfere with the civil disputes pending between the Respondents No.5 and 6 in respect of the suit schedule property in O.S.No.6/2023 on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Kurnool at Nandyal and not to compel the Petitioners to vacate from their respective portions from the said building without following due process of law in the interest of justice.…”
2. Heard Sri P.Nagendra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri P.Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the police are interfering in the civil disputes between the unofficial respondents and thereby trying to vacate the petitioners from the subject premises, who are the tenants of the respondent No.5.

4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties.
5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties, except under due process of law. No order as to costs.
