Case No. 110 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 64 of the BNS. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of committing rape with the victim. 4. Considering the serious allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.
