Son, learned counsel for the applicant submits that inadvertently incorrect page no. 12 has been inserted in the CRP 02 (AP) 2025 and accordingly he prays to substitute the existing page No. 12, which contains inadvertent typing error. Accordingly, he prays to substitute the existing page no. 12 with the correctly typed page. Prayer is allowed. Page No.# 2/2 The applicant is permitted to place the corrected page no. 12 on record by presenting it to the Deputy Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The corrected page shall be numbered as page no. 12 and the incorrect page shall be struck off with red ink, however, the said page shall be retained in record after renumbering it as page no. 12 (A). Moreover, on the prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicant, he is permitted to make correct pagination of the connected CRP No. 02 (AP)/2025 which shall be done in the presence of the Deputy Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
