The Petitioner has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Khelgaon P.S. Case No. 20 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. From record it appears that vide order dated 05.06.2025, provisional bail has been granted to the petitioner. Thereafter, there is no allegation as to whether he has misused the provisional bail. 4. Learned P.P. and learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. However, it appears that after provisional bail, which was granted to the petitioner vide order dated 05.06.2025, has not been misused and accordingly, the provisional bail granted on 05.06.2025 is hereby made absolute. 5. It is made clear that the petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the learned trial court and he shall not threaten any witnesses and shall co- operate in trial and if any adverse report will come against this petitioner, learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail of this petitioner. 6.
