Case No. 20 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 303(2) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of Ms. Monica Srivastava, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Giridih. 3. On 03.02.2025, at about 09:30 A.M., motorcycle of the informant parked outside his house was stolen by one of his customers. During the course of investigation, the aforesaid motorcycle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 25.03.2025. It was further submitted that charge-sheet has been submitted in this case and offence alleged is triable by a Court of Judicial Magistrate. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Monica Srivastava, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Giridih in connection with Pachamba P.S.
