Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions from the petitioners, submits that at this stage, they will be satisfied if a direction be given to respondent to decide the legal notice dated 27.02.2025 (Annexure P-3), by passing an appropriate speaking order in a time bound manner. 3.
