Abdul Rasheed, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Roads & Buildings and Sri P. Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance & Planning. 2 Para 5 of the Counter-Affidavit filed by Respondent No.5 would indicate that the said Respondent has admitted that the net amount due to the Writ Petitioner is Rs.63,21,908/-, and that the said amount has not been uploaded onto the NIDHI Portal due to insufficient budget. 3. Having considered the same, this Court deems it appropriate to allow this Writ Petition with a direction to all the Departments, including the Administrative Department and the Finance Department, to complete all the administrative formalities, including the uploading of the bills onto the NIDHI Portal within a period of twenty (20) weeks from today, and to transfer the said amount to the bank account of the Writ Petitioner within four (04) weeks thereafter. 4. Writ Petitioner is directed to submit a copy of the bank account details to the Competent Authority within a period of two (02) weeks from today. 3 5. With these observations and directions, the Writ Petition stands allowed. No order as to costs. 6.
