JUSTICE KARDAK ETE ORDER Date : 17.01.2025 Heard Ms. T. Rimi, learned counsel for the applicant. By filing this application, the applicant has prayed for review of the order dated 23.12.2024, passed by this Court in WP(C)618(AP)2024, particularly, for correction of inadvertent typographical error. Vide order dated 23.12.2024, this Court has directed the petitioner to take Page No.# 3/3 steps for service of notice upon the respondents No.5 and 6, which is, in fact, ought to have been for respondents No.6 and 7. Having considered that such a direction for steps ought to have been for respondents No.6 and 7, the present application is allowed. Accordingly, the order dated 23.12.2024, passed in WP(C)618(AP)2024 in the last three lines, the petitioner is directed to take for service of notice upon the respondents No.5 and 6 by registered post with A/d as well as dasti mode shall be substituted as respondents No.6 and 7 instead of respondents No.5 and 6.
