The same is not disputed by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.3. 3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.23166 of 2025, dated 30.10.2025. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.
