JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPMAN Order 22/04/2025 This criminal misc. application under Section 528 of BNSS has been filed on behalf of the petitioner-applicant seeking extension of time for depositing cost of Rs.15,000/- imposed upon him vide order dated 18.09.2024. While deciding the Criminal Revision Petition (No.1490/2011), a cost of Rs.15,000/- was imposed upon the petitioner to be deposited with the Rajasthan High Court Legal Services Committee within a period of two months from the date of the order. Now, by way of this application, some additional time is sought for depositing the aforesaid cost.
