This Court, on 19.09.2025, passed the following interim order. “………….. In view of aforesaid reasons, subject to the outcome of the Writ Petition, respondent Nos.2, 4 and 5 are hereby directed to permit the petitioner institution to participate in the APLAWCET – 2025 counselling for the academic year 2025-26. List the matter after Dussehra Vacation, 2025…….” 3. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner institution submits that the respondents have complied with the said interim orders, hence no further orders are necessary to be passed in this Writ Petition. 4. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
